This course will help you develop an understanding of the rules and systems that dictate business operations. During this course, participants will review rule requirements in Roles and Responsibilities in Person Centered Planning, Community Integration Self Determination, Self-Advocacy, Rights, Health and Welfare Alerts. This session meets the training requirements in rule 5123:2-01 for Agency Provider CEOs, DSP Supervisors and Independent Providers who are in the second year of their positions and require this training annually. Billing and internal compliance topics are not covered in this course for ICF/licensed home administrators.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of five attendees must register or the training will not occur. Cancellations must be received 2 business days prior to the scheduled training date. No shows and cancellations within the two-day period will be invoiced the full rate.
