Audience: County Board, SSA’s, SSA Managers/Directors, Supported Employment, Compliance Staff and Clerical Staff
An essential part of the SSA role is to understand how to create case notes to capture services that have been provided. Learn how to insert case notes recognize fields within the case notes window, and how to retrieve existing case notes. After this course, attendees will have the confidence to:
- To use the Gatekeeper program based upon employees job
- Navigate through the case note window to access current information
- How Gatekeeper can assist County Board staff with maintaining and access case note records
- How to access and generate reports to ensure accuracy and completion of required documentation
CEU Availability: This course has been approved for 1 CEU hours by DODD for SSA, Superintendent, Adult Services only. To receive hours via webinar, each qualifying attendee must register individually and sign into the event. The attendee must stay on for the duration of the event, in order to receive the CEU hours.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 2 business days prior to the scheduled training date. No shows and cancellations within the two-day period will be invoiced the full rate.
