Our on-site training facililty is a state-of-the-art facility with 8 Dell PCs, a mounted LCD projector, high-speed internet and a room for up to 8 participants.



Even the best software can be ineffective without the proper training to complement it. With that in mind, Primary Solutions has developed several training classes specifically designed to help our clients get more out of our software. These classes are offered on a routine basis in our training facility. They are also offered on an as-needed basis at our client's facility.

For Advisor:

  • Advisor and the DRA. Learn how Advisor and the DRA work in concert with each other ensure all billing is created appropriately
  • Claims Management. Learn to use Advisor to track your claims, improve cash flow and maximize revenue!
