Forms Module
Advisor’s Forms module was designed from the beginning to be a flexible, securable and usable way to enter and track virtually any form. Forms can be created using either Word or Excel as a "template".

Key Features:
- Forms are stored and secured within Advisor’s database.
- Demographic data is automatically populated from Advisor on to the forms…no re-keying of the information is needed.
- Forms can be routed through a series of authorized users. For example, an ISP may be started by a Service Coordinator, approved by a supervisor and printed, filed and mailed by a secretary. Each status can be secured separately.
