Since 2002, www.ohioMRDD.com has been used by County Boards and providers statewide for a variety of reasons, including creating Support Living billing records for transmission to County Boards.  Now, small providers can use this web-site to create their Waiver Billing, including billing for consumers that have transitioned to the new Waiver Reimbursement Rule.

This is a "pay-as-you-go" service, which allows you to pay only when you are ready to bill.  You can bill for a month at a time or six months at a time.  Here are the details:

 

You provide the consumer and authorization information.

You key your billing at any time you like.

You pre-pay for the service using your PayPal account, a service used by millions of consumers around the world.

Your billing files are emailed to you.  You then upload them to ODMRDD's web site.

The service is more economical than most billing services:

2 - 5 consumers	$8/month/consumer
6 - 10 consumers	$6/month/consumer
11 - 20 consumers	$5/month/consumer
21 - 50 consumers	$3/month/consumer
51 or more consumers	$2/month/consumer
