Gatekeeper's new integrated Plan module will include the following
features:

Full integration with the rest of
Gatekeeper, allowing you to seamlessly include demographic, IIF,
relationship, medical and other information.

The ability to custom define one or more
plans for your agency to use. For example, you may have one plan
for kids and another for adults. This will allow you to have a plan
that fits your organization perfectly...not a generic one that was
designed for another county!

The ability to update your plan (including
the assessments) with new sections or questions as needed...without
need to retype a single word.
-
The ability to link the plan's Assessments
and the resulting Services and Supports with the consumer's
resulting Goals.

The ability to comment on any section or
question on the plan and have the plan's author notified of the
comment.

The ability to compare last year's plan with
the current one, showing you only what is different!

The ability to report on the contents of any
part of the plan. For example, you could quickly answer the
question "show me how many people are receiving SSI benefits".

ODMRDD has announced plans to stop accepting paper PAWS forms as of
2/1/2007. As of last week, two COGS and several counties had begun
uploading their PAWS to ODMRDD using Gatekeeper's export feature.
