The Tracking module allows you to pre-define categories and sub-categories
of information you wish to track for people in Gatekeeper. Such information
may be one-time processes (e.g. eligibility determination), or they could be
recurring ones (e.g. Q/A reviews). Each type of entry can have up to 20
data fields associated with it.
