Gatekeeper’s Forms module was designed from the beginning to be flexible, securable and usable.  Virtually any form can be entered and tracked in this module, from the simplest ODMRDD LOC form, to the most complex ISP document.  Forms can be created using either Word or Excel as a “template”.

Forms can be created in Word or Excel.

Forms are stored and secured within Gatekeeper’s database.

Demographic data is automatically populated from Gatekeeper on to the forms…no re-keying of the information is needed.

Forms can be routed through a series of authorized users.  For example, an ISP may be started by a Service Coordinator, approved by a supervisor and printed, filed and mailed by a secretary.  Each status can be secured separately.
