Gatekeeper’s County Billing module provides all the information you need to bill, transmit, reconcile and report on your CAFS, TCM, Waiver and/or Title XX services.

Accepts billing via data entry, imported files, the Case Notes module, the Workshop module or the Transportation module.

Transmission files can be generated in the standard 72-byte ODMRDD format or the newer EDI-837 format.

A history of CAFS rates for each service can be maintained.

Payments can be applied manually or via a file import/match.

 

bullet
