Transportation Module

Gatekeeper's Transportation module provides a place to define multiple vehicles, routes and weekly schedules. These are then used to generate route sheets for bus drivers to use throughout the week. Once completed, these sheets are used to make adjustments to Gatekeeper’s data, and billing is automatically generated.

Key Features:

  • Define vehicles, routes, and master schedules.
  • Allows each rider to have alternate pick-up and drop-off addresses.
  • Logs include each rider in the order to be picked up and dropped off, along with any special instructions.
  • Billing is automatically generated from the trips entered into the system.
