Incident Tracking Module

Gatekeeper's Incident Tracking module allows County Boards to track MUI and UI trends and patterns over time. Soon, it will allow providers to transmit their UI information directly to Gatekeeper, eliminating vast amounts of data entry.

  • Report on trends & patterns by consumer, provider, location, etc. over any appropriate timeframe.
  • Link incidents with related Case Notes, providing one report with all pertinent information.
