Goals & Objectives Module
Gatekeeper’s Goals & Objectives module provides all necessary features to document a consumer's goals and objectives. It also allows progress toward those objectives to be captured and measured using an extensive set of reports.
Example of Objective Definition
Key Features:
- Enter an unlimited number of goals and objectives of any type necessary (Training, Personal Support, Habilitation, etc.)
- Enter progress toward objectives via the Case Notes window, while recording Workshop activity and/or via a self-contained activity window.
- Printed blank or completed documentation sheets.
- Report on the success of each consumer’s objectives as needed.
