Forms Module
Gatekeeper’s Forms module was designed from the beginning to be a flexible, securable and usable way to enter and track virtually any form. Forms can range from the simplest ODMRDD LOC form, to the most complex ISP document, and are created using either Word or Excel as a “template”.
Key Features:
- Forms are stored and secured within Gatekeeper’s database.
- Demographic data is automatically populated from Gatekeeper on to the forms…no re-keying of the information is needed.
- Forms can be routed through a series of authorized users. For example, an ISP may be started by a Service Coordinator, approved by a supervisor and printed, filed and mailed by a secretary. Each status can be secured separately.
