Demographics Module

Gatekeeper’s Demographics module is the heart of the software. In addition to demographic, waiting list and IIF information for consumers, the People window (shown below) provides a place to record service coordinators, family members and anyone else that has some relevance to the services your Board provides.

  • Full demographic capabilities, including residence, relationships, intake & referral information, waiver slot and much more.
  • The ability to track which consumers are served out of which board programs, including starting and ending dates.
  • IIF fields, including the ability to import from and/or export to ODMRDD’s XML format.
  • A full-feature Waiting List manager, allowing multiple lists and detailed reporting.
