County Billing Module
Gatekeeper’s County Billing module provides all the information you need to bill, transmit, reconcile and report on your TCM, Waiver and/or Title XX services.
Key Features:
- Accepts billing via data entry, imported files, Attendance and Transportation windows, the Case Notes module, the Workshop module or the Transportation module.
- Transmission files can be generated in the standard ODMRDD flat-file format or the newer EDI-837 format.
- A history of rates for each service can be maintained.
- Payments can be applied manually or via a file import/match.
- Create reports used in completing the Cost Report.
