Case Notes Module
The Enter/Review Case Notes window (seen below, part of the Case Notes module) is the most flexible of any window in Gatekeeper. There are a variety of user-defined options available that affect how the window behaves under a variety of circumstances.
Key Features:
- Automatically checks for overlapping notes.
- Spell check, with the ability to create a custom word list.
- A “Group Notes” function makes entering and billing ratiod case notes simple.
- Confidential notes can be automatically “hidden” based on security permissions.
- Time Analysis reports allow a graphical representation of a Service Coordinator’s time day by day.
