Billing Archive Module

Gatekeeper’s Billing Archive module provides a clearinghouse for all billing entered in the system. This could include CAFS, Supported Living, Title XX, IO Waiver, and more. The Billing Archive window (shown below) allows users to view billing for any combination of date of service, service code, consumer, date keyed, file, etc.



Key Features:

  • Accepts billing via data entry, imported files, the Case Notes module, the Workshop module or the Transportation module.
  • Track and report on any combination of services from any funding source.
  • When created from another Gatekeeper module (e.g. case notes), billing information is tied directly to the source document…there is no need to re-key or double-check data entry.
