Allocation Recovery Module

Gatekeeper’s Allocation Recovery module works with the Service Authorization module to automatically create PAS revisions to match what providers have been paid for. This effectively frees up unused allocation dollars to be used elsewhere.

The process is simple:

  • Download waiver payment files from ODMRDD. This is usually done once per month to avoid excessively large files.
  • Import these files into Gatekeeper.
  • Process them through the Non-Local Payments window to update Gatekeeper’s utilization information.
  • Run & review Gatekeeper’s utilization reports to determine which consumers are the best candidates for Allocation Recovery.
  • Use the Payment Authorization for Services (PAS) window to automatically generate revisions to ODMRDD.
