County Boards
In 1998 we introduced Gatekeeper to help County Boards document, bill and manage the services they provide. Since the introduction of Gatekeeper, we have added additional business services for DD county boards including:
- OhioDD.com: a web site integrated tightly with Gatekeeper which allows Demographic data and PAS data to be accessed by providers through a secure web site which we manage. The site also gives providers the ability to enter Case Notes and Billing for locally funded services which can then be imported directly into Gatekeeper.
- Gatekeeper has an integrated document imaging interface which directly links to the DocWorker. document management system, Using this interface you can store client or staff documents in DocWorker and access them directly from Gatekeeper.
- We continue to work with other partners to enhance Gatekeeper’s value to our customers. In 2009, we plan to have an interface with Resource Systems Caretracker system.
