 Advisor is the premiere software solution designed specifically for
Ohio's MR/DD provider agencies. In 1999, Advisor version 1.0 was
introduced. It included very robust billing and receivables capabilities and
some basic demographic information, but it was the foundation for what would
become the premiere software package for providers in Ohio’s MR/DD
community. Since 1999, hundreds of enhancements and many new modules have
been added to Advisor’s capabilities.
So, what makes Advisor different?
 | Advisor includes eight functional, integrated and easy-to-use
modules
(Consumer Demographics, Billing/Receivables, Consumer Finances, Employee/HR,
Medical History, Incident Tracking, Scheduling and Single-Entry).
These modules provide the most complete set of features on the market
today. |
| Our software is constantly updated. We release several major
versions of our software each year. They are state-of-the-art systems written specifically for
Ohio’s MR/DD community. We use only industry standard, high-end products
from Sybase and Microsoft. Our databases are fully ODBC compliant, allowing
you to access your data using tools you are familiar with, such as Access,
Excel, Crystal Reports, etc. |
| Our company is connected. We have a network of dozens of Provider,
County Board and COG contacts, as well as a committed working
relationship with ODMRDD’s technical staff. We are active in a variety
of conferences and committees and are regularly depended upon to assess
and address the ever-changing MR/DD landscape. We are active members of
OPRA and the MR/DD Technical Alliance. |
| We provide a range of options to support an increasing number of
disconnected or seldom-connected users. Whether you have users with
laptops working out of the office or users in a different building
across the street or across the state…we’ve got the appropriate
rock-solid, time-tested solution. |

Advisor’s more traditional client-server model. |
